Terms and Conditions

• Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions at the destination.
• Sightseeing in Port Blair on day 1 depends on time availability as per flight timings.
• Kindly note that if private ferry is not operational then the clients would be transferred to Havelock and Neil Island by the govt. ferry.
• Make compulsory use of Life Jacket while inter-island ferry / cruise transfer.
• Light and Sound Show depending on ticket availability and weather conditions
• On Elephant beach, due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted.
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on Elephant Beach.
• Guests can expect rain during their stay. Itinerary may be changed according to weather conditions.
• If ferry in Havelock island (govt. or private) is not operational, then an alternate sightseeing will be provided to Kalapathar beach at Havelock.
• In case Elephant Beach trip is not operating due to sea conditions, then guest will be taken to Kalapathar Beach.
• All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
• The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
• If passengers booked for this trip is not sufficient to form MOS, supplementary charges will be levied. Passengers not willing to pay supplementary charges are eligible to get refund of amount paid by them after deduction of cancellation charges determined by the company.
• If the Tour is not operated due to Cancellation of Flight or any other reason beyond the control of the Company, cancellation charges as determined by the company will be applicable.
